I was traveling with my family. 5 people in my party we had two rooms. we got to tampa several days early and drove through TS Faye. We stayed at the Hilton on west shore very nice hotel. We were able to leave our cars there for free and the Hilton shuttle dropped us off at the pier for free. We had two cars and saved a lot of money for parking that way. We had to take a cab back to the hotel at the end a $25 cab ride but still better deal.

We had VIP embarkation because we have all traveled carnival more then 10 times. It was nice to move to the head of the line.

I found the decor on the ship to be very nice. I felt like I was in fairy tail castle and enchanted forest. My sister and her husband had a cabin with a balcony with an obstructed view, which was not that obstructed. I stayed in a suite with my parents. I have become very spoiled from that. It was a very spacious room for a ship and there was a separate dressing room and jetted tub. I room porter spoiled us rotten. He always called us by name and looked after us on days that were rougher then others. Being VIPs we were treated with discounts, game tokens, souvenirs and great service.
