As I said, the service was excellent, servers friendly, loved our dining room staff, they went above and beyond. Had a problem with a bottle of champagne that we purchased as part of a package, we brought it to the table to share, but the wanted to charge a corking fee, this was quickly rectified by a visit to the front office, but we shouldn't have had to take time out from our cruise to do this.
The cruise director and his staff were outstanding!
