This was our first cruise for our 25th anniversary. I read all the reviews and was a little nervous. But I should not have been. Overall, it was a great time.
Getting into New York Memorial Day Weekend was horrible. It took us 2 hours to get to the ship from the tunnel. We called Norwegian, and they assured us we were okay because we had preregistered. We finally got on the ship at 3:00 p.m. Everyone there was very helpful,even putting us in a shorter line. The staff checking us in were also very nice.
We were on the 10th floor with a balcony. We never heard anyone running around as previously stated or kids playing. We loved our room, nice bathroom, couch, storage and the bed was great. I slept fine. So did my husband. The soap and shampoo in the bathroom was great.
