First let me start by saying the ship was beautiful, clean and very comfortable cabins. We booked our cruise on line. The agent was very impressive to start with although she did not know to much about this ship other than it was new. There was a total of 9 in our family which we booked 4 cabins on deck 8. Adults, teenagers and one 8 year old. Checked in around 11:00 am which went very smooth. They started to board the ship soon after. They told us to go have a few drinks until our luggage would arrive at our cabins. Well it started to rain so they stopped transport of the luggage on the ship for at least 2 hours, By the time we received our luggage everything was wet the only ones that were OK were the hard covered ones which was mine. So on to the good things. Food was very good at all the stations that were offered which were many. Service in the dinning room was terrible. Our waiter seemed as we were bothering him for anything we ask for. One nite we arrived 15 minutes late and he about had a fit. He went on about the diner started 15 minutes ago and how he was waiting. I could not believe how unprofessional he was. Then the next day my husband was not feeling to well from being in the sun to long so we went to the dining room without him, well guess what the waiter wanted to know were his was and why we didn't let him know he wasn't coming. After that we decided not to eat there until the last night. So now we did not show up to dinner for 3 nights and we arrive on our last dinner and you would of thought he had never seen us before.

Ports we visited were wonderful San Juan, St Martin and St Thomas. We can not decided which one was better. We arrived in San Juan at 4:00 pm the port was very nice surprise! It was very clean. There are many shops and places to eat. This is a place that we would of liked to get there in the morning to be able to see more of. St Martin and St Thomas were as equally as nice but we spent most of the time on the beaches which were gorgeous. Now back to the ship. On cruise days there was nothing for the teenagers to do. The pools are very small there is a water slide and that's about it. There is also putt-putt golf. The kids were so bored during the day. There is a dance club at night but that's about it. This is really a ship for adults. The kids Carnival was pretty cool but that was for the 8 year old. The question would be would we cruise on this ship again yes with out the kids. The cabins are very nice we all slept like babies. They are much bigger then the other ships we have been on. The stewards that took care of the cabins were very good, they were always there for anything. The shops on the ship really didn't have much except for jewelry and a few clothing pieces. I hope I answered some questions you may have. Oh one more thing the fitness room is very small. You have to wait in line for everything. The person who designed this obviously does not work out at all. What were they thinking a ship that hold 3500 plus people and this gym is smaller than any I have every seen. Great Cruising to all.
