Just to tell you a bit about myself and my family. This was our first cruise, I am 25, hubby is 33 and my daughter is 3, we live in Los Angeles, California. I did a lot of research, and read a lot of these message boards, prior to our cruise. I feel that I went into the cruise with realistic expectations.

We flew into Orlando Airport the day prior. I had booked shuttle service with Art's Shuttle. I really would recommend them. They charged 50.00 from the airport to Cape Canaveral, the driver was friendly, and helpful, he assisted us with our luggage and the luggage claim. This was really helpful, since we had a toddler in tow with us.

We stayed at the Radisson in Cape Canaveral, which is about 3 miles away from port. The hotel was nice, they had live entertainment, and great food on Friday night. Really nice atmosphere in the pool/bar/dining area.
