We are married with almost grown children and this was our first real holiday away from the little darlings in 15 years. It was a much needed and very much enjoyed holiday :)

Flew into San Francisco and stayed with friends outside of the city. Spent the first day sightseeing in SF and what a lovely city!! Spent time down at fisherman's wharf and eating the best clam chowder out of incredible sourdough bread while watching the sea lions play, what a nice day.

Spent two days touring wineries and buying quite a few bottles!!! Here is BC wine costs almost triple to what it does down here so we indulged in some very nice bottles to bring home and to drink on the ship.
