I would find it hard to believe any cruise line is better than Carnival. This was our third cruise. The past 2 cruises with Carnival were to Canada, first on the Carnival Triumph, secondly the Carnival Victory.

The embarkation from NYC is what we expected, long lines but organized. Did not take long to board the ship. Going on the Carnival website and getting all you need to know ahead of time is a big plus, especially if this is your first cruise.

ACCOMMODATIONS: We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a balcony suite. What a deal. The room was very spacious, included lots of closet space, a mini wet bar, jacuzzi, king size bed, pull out sofa. The balcony furniture consisted of 2 chairs which could be converted to a recliner, a chaise lounge, and small table. Paying the extra bucks is well worth it to have your own balcony as compared to a window. The bed is one of the best I have ever slept in and the bedroom and bathroom were squeaky clean.

Cabin Review

Great view from balcony, plenty of room in our stateroom. Very clean and quiet.
