You've Got to be kidding! Husband and I are seasoned cruiser with 20+ cruises, our 3rd with Princess and 2nd time on this ship.

Embarkation was a disaster! Got to the Brooklyn terminal at 12:30pm and could not find anyone to take our luggage - after 15 minutes begged a porter (where were all of the porters??) Embarkation line did not open until 2 pm and was so long that the security lines had to be closed because there was no room for new arrivals to enter the building. Once we checked through with the credit card stuff, we were sent to ANOTHER area of the building to wait for their room key! (They couldn't find our key for a few minutes as then had a third person whom we've never heard of assigned to our room). I've never experienced anything like this. Should have been a warning.....

We were late to EVERY PORT. 1st port was Grand Turk, shore excursion to Governor's Beach was supposed to leave at 7:40am but finally, after standing in a line for over 1 hour hopped on the bus for a 5 minute ride to the beach. People on this tour were raving mad! Similar stories for other excursions in Grand Turk. Getting off in Bermuda, we couldn't find anyone to tell us where our excursion left, wandered around for 30 minutes before finally locating the tour. Tour desk was totally inept and had reams of excuses, none of which would fly in any type of business.
