Well, where do I begin! This is my 6th Cruise, 2nd with Princess, I won't say it was the worst cruise (Carnival has that spot!) 3 on Royal & 1 on Carnival but it certainly wasn't the best.

Getting on board was great, smooth process and fast. We landed around noon and hopped in a taxi for $21.50 for 2 people and 4 bags...I would do this again as we didn't have to "WAIT" for the shuttle and everyone else to show up to fill the bus!!!

I was very disappointed with the customer service which they pride themselves on. Just read the front page of the everything you need to know book in every stateroom, and they will explain C.R.U.I.S.E. this is NOT what we experienced. I'm not one to be to judgmental or to overcritical but this ship was rude from passengers to staff (Only Staff Exceptions are 2 people, one our cabin steward "Daniel" he was great! And 2nd Rhea a bartender in the Crooners Lounge..she made the last few nights on the ship AWESOME!!! Very friendly, great personality, I nominated her for employee of the month. We didn't get there until the end of the cruise which is probably a good thing...best Martini's and so many to choose from!
