Traveled with children

My family - 2 parents and 2 teenage sons - went on the Majesty of the Seas cruise on April 18, 2008.

I was surprised by the unevenness of the experience. The dining room food and service was great, and my kids enjoyed playing basketball and hanging out at the teenage activity center. Also, Nassau was fun. Royal Caribbean is the only cruise line which has a Segway tour in Nassau which was great. The snorkeling at Cococay is very nice. The fake shipwreck (the ship sank because it's concrete!) and the "crashed planes" (they were just dropped there) are hokey and the yellowtail snapper swim up to you because they're fed - it's not natural. On the other hand, the snorkeling over at the left side was beautiful when the sun came out with lots of coral and fish, and we even saw a stingray.

For entertainment, the comedian was good as was the Broadway show. The comedian did spend a lot of time telling us how great our cruise was (Hmm . . .). We missed the juggler on the 2nd night.
