Allow me to introduce myself. I am Travel Duck. Usually, my vacations consist of flying someplace, taking a taxi to a hotel, checking in and unpacking, seeing every site in the city for two days, checking out, flying or taking a train to another city . . . You get the picture.

This vacation, my wife (Travel Bunny) and I wanted something more relaxing. So, we took our first cruise. I will divide this review into categories for your reading pleasure.

On-Line Booking: It was a breeze. I found a great fare on-line for $699 per person for an oceanview stateroom. I called the 1-800 number several times for assistance and everyone was extremely friendly. One day, I found that the cost of the room went down to $649 a person so I called and was given a $100 credit on my AMEX card. $649 a person for a 7 day caribbean cruise on a nice cruise line? A steal. Don't be jealous - that is why my name is "travel" duck. Okay, onto more of the review.
