Traveled with children

We just returned from a 7-night cruise and it exceeded our expectations. This was one of our best vacations yet. We traveled as a group of eleven, with two sets of grandparents, and 4 children, ages ranging from 8 to 15. This was our fifth cruise and the first on RCCL. We have cruised on Celebrity and were slightly anxious about the size of the boat, number of children during spring break, and service quality. Everyone, including grandparents, were extremely pleased with this boat.

A couple of observations and recommendations:

1. We arrived a day early and stayed at the Country Inn and Suites; free shuttle to dinner the night before and a $3/person shuttle to the ship on Sunday morning; if you're flying into Orlando, try Bay Hill transportation to get you to Cape Canaveral.
