About every year or every other year, my family and I go on a cruise. For a little background info., we have been on Celebrity Millennium, Radiance of the Seas, and Costa Mediterranea. This March, we were extremely excited to return to RCI aboard the Adventure of the Seas, sailing from San Juan, to Aruba, Curacao, St. Maarten, and St. Thomas. At 16, and as a cruise aficionado, I was very happy, after the air traveling nightmare from Portland Me to San Juan during a Nor'easter, to know that I would be sailing away to paradise in a few short hours.

Hotel: We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. It was convenient, clean, and very economical.

Embarkation: After arriving at the pier at about noon, we found the embarkation process to be very quick and smooth. Within 20 minutes, we were on the ship, discovering our new home for the next week.
