Traveled with children

This was our first time sailing with Norwegian and our first time on a cruise with our two toddler aged children. We booked a mini-suite.

Embarkation. The port itself was fairly chaotic; people are rushing to get on while some the last of the passengers are loading into their cars and leaving. NCL emailed "luggage tags" which I wound up taping up heavily for some hope/semblance of durability. The luggage was left with a uniformed porter the rushed process and lack of baggage receipt left me a little uneasy.

Check in took some time, but things were moving fairly smoothly for trying to process some 2400 passengers in a few hours. There were some beverages and pastries nearer the gate. From curb to boat probably took around 40-50 minutes.
