I'm not going to be long winded, as I will post on the boards. But I wanted to say that we loved the Legend, even more than the larger Valor. Some have "complained" that it is dark, but we did not find it to be so - can't block out that Caribbean sun! It is a more "intimate" ship in that the two main pools (mid-ship, not the adult pool at the rear)are divided by the bar and are on one level - it is not the stadium style of the Valor. Also, the cabin hallways are not one straight shot - they twist and turn again making the ship more personal. There were no chair hogs and no 800 Virginia Tech students like the Valor - for a family with school-age kids, that is a plus. The putt-putt is a great addition; we played as we were docking in Cozumel. As always, the staff and other guests were very friendly - it made for a great family vacation. We only had 2 negatives: 1) room service was not delivered one morning, and I have no idea why as my mother got it several times without a problem and 2) debarkation was VERY slow to start due to a delay in clearing customs; based on the announcements, my guess is it was the failure of a couple of non-americans to bother to get up and meet with the customs officials as required. But once it started, we were off the ship in minutes. I would certainly recommend this trip to anyone.
