I have sailed HAL three previous times, and was always happy with the service, but this cruise was even better than the previous three!

First of all, I would have to say that HAL has the best food out of all the cruise lines i've sailed. This includes Carnival, Celebrity, Princess, NCL and RCCL. They have a breakfast buffet that can suite anyones needs. They serve six different types of eggs benedict, six different kinds of belgian waffles (with heated fruit toppings), fresh omelette bar, and fresh squeezed orange juice. We went to the sit-down breakfast one day but felt the buffet was better in the sense the food was prepared for you on the spot and didn't have time to cool down prior to getting to the table.

The lunch and dinners were just as impressive! King Crab, steak and lobster, beef wellington, etc. Also a great selection of other entrees, and all served with a beautiful presentation. Read more
