This was my 8th cruise, so maybe I am spoiled..still, the employees on this ship seemed overworked and underpaid and unhappy, especially in the public areas and in the dining room. I had one really ugly, rude encounter with a deckhand when I tried to get a deckchair for the Solarium area (there were far too few chairs on deck).

Food was good - not bad, but not great. Avoid the Windjammer which always seemed jammed (hence, the name?) They do not bring you coffee or silverware in that buffet area, unlike on other RCI ships like the Radiance and the Brilliance. By the time you fight your way back up the buffet, your food is cold.

Staterooms seemed small compared to other ships.
