The Carnival Pride was great. We got what we paid for under $2000 for 2 adults and 2 kids. We stayed at LB area the night before and drove to the terminal on Sunday to check in. The boarding is not bad. The line started at 11:30 and we were inside by 12:30. We had lunch at Mermaid Grille and check out the cabin and the ship. It wasn't bad. Our room had a balcony facing the life boat which is okay with us. We still have a view of the ocean. Plenty of room for 4 of us. The kids slept on the bunk bed and we had the big bed.

First stop was P.V and it was ok. We just did not like that so many vendors harassing you to buy stuff. Went to the beach by bus instead of the excursions. Next stop was Mazatlan. Same thing so many vendors harassing us again. Went to the Stone Island and had lunch at Victors. It was okay. We rented the ATV for the kids and they loved it. Then, last stop was Cabo. Took the water glass bottom Taxi to take the tour and dropped us to Lovers Beach where everyone was going. That wasn't bad. Too many people. Back to the Terminal to take the Ferry to our cruise ship. Did not spend so much $ on shopping since they over price everything. Most of the stuff can be bought at the Flea Market for cheaper.

Overall, the cruise was okay. We won't do it again since my husband got sea sick. My son enjoyed the fun Carnival the most. My daughter was okay, but she would rather go to Hawaii and enjoy the beach. We lost our sandals a PV beach. Some vendors took it. Then I tried to buy a flip plop on the local stores and they were charging me $10 for an ugly sleeper. So we just carried him back to the ship. Also my daughter left her tennis shoes at the pool inside the ship, same thing nobody turned them in to lost and found. I don't like the idea losing things and had to pay so much to replaced it. Anyway, this was our 1st time and will be the last one. The Carnival was great, we just don't like being sick. Food was okay at Normandie. Our waiter was slow.
