Hey Y'all Just to let NCL know that we enjoyed the cruise. We got on the ship about 11:20 and went to Indigo for lunch. We got to the room about 2:00. We missed the meeting top side due to miss communication and lack of sleep (up at 0300 to catch flight). The next day we found out that the photo taken upon entering the boat was a flop - both our eyes were shut at the time of the photo. Samana stop. I never have gotten so tired of everyone asking for a dollar. A dollar for everything!!! This stop needs development or needs to be taken off the list. Tortola stop: Nice stop for looking around and getting to know the island. Antigua: Good stop for shopping. And great pictures. Barbados: Bicycle ride was worth the time- lots of pictures and guides were allowing stops for anyone that wanted to stop. The island was very much developed and Barb did not like the vehicle traffic. St. Lucia: Was the best stop- Serenity tours did a great job - loved being able to change agenda with the guide and driver. The guide helped us with the local shop when we decided to go into town rather than the beach. The room at the back of the boat was great, and the stewards were perfect. We took the option of "bags" to get us off the boat. Customs was checking everyone and took an hour at 08:30 in the morning.
