About Myself I'm a 26 year old male who traveled with my mother who is 58 years old. This was my 11th cruise and 3rd with NCL. This was mom's 7th cruise and 2nd with NCL. Other cruise lines sailed by both include Princess & Carnival.

Pre-Cruise Stay - Miami, Florida Originally booked a stay at the Best Western South Beach, which I had stayed at before in 2003, when I arrived the name had been changed to Bel Air Hotel South Beach. The booking was still honored even though the hotel changed their name on December 1st. I had booked this hotel largely because they had stated they had refurbished their rooms. I wasn't impressed the previous stay and this time I was definitely not impressed and would not recommend this hotel. It wasn't refurbished as mentioned and the room window was broken and since it was on top of the police station it meant there was minimal sleep as the sirens kept passing. Read more
