This Cruise was a Birthday Present to me from my Aunt and Mother. We selected the cruise based upon the itinerary, airfares, and location.

New Orleans Hotel: We made our hotel reservations through and Internet Company called GTA Travel. We were supposed to be staying at the Best Western St. Christopher. After LSU made it to the National Championship Game, we were bumped to the Holiday Inn Superdome. Neither Best Western nor GTA Travel did anything to satisfy my complaints. I believe that this move was made based upon pure greed because the Best Western could get more money from a football fan than we had paid. GTA Travel did not help either and even sent me an email telling me to stop complaining.

We were guaranteed a shuttle at the Holiday Inn Superdome. They had one that ran 20-50 minutes late. It was extremely crowded with the National Championship Game. However, I feel that waiting an hour and fifteen minutes for a pick up was unreasonable. The staff was rude and flippant. Read more
