Prior to the cruise

We found it very helpful to work through an experienced cruise travel agent, in this case Nory Kominsky of Travel Duet in Chicago. She had taken the Grand Princess and knew it inside and out. When we had questions prior to travel, she took care of them with ease. Booking excursions on line was easy, especially since we knew that we could overbook and later cancel on board.
