My husband and I booked our 5 night cruise directly on RCCL's website which was very easy to navigate. We travelled with my brother and his wife who found booking directly online equally simple.

My husband and I had been on 1 cruise before: a 5-night Carnival cruise out of Jacksonville. The differences in the two experiences were profound. The Carnival cruise was a good idea since we'd never experienced a cruise before, but after experiencing 5 nights on the Navigator, we're hooked!

We arrived in Ft Lauderdale the night before and booked our own hotel and transfers. Getting to Port Everglades was easy--most of the airport hotels in Ft Lauderdale offer a free shuttle both to & from the airport and cruiseport.
