We drove from our home near Tampa to arrive early. Very busy area since prior cruisers were exiting while new cruisers were arriving. No signs or direction on where to leave our suitcases while we parked. Got there about 10:15AM and waited outside til we could enter at 10:30. Processed smoothly and promptly. Waited again in comfortable waiting room til 11:30AM to go aboard. Next time we'd plan to arrive at 11:00AM.

First impression of inside ship: A bit gaudy, but nice enough. Ship size was just right - not too large to feel lost in it, but not small at all. Seats were always available at shows and chairs were vacant on the decks.

Best thing about ship: Service was unbelievably good from the waiters (thanks Edwin) to everyone else on staff. We didn't have one unpleasant person during the whole trip. Our steward, Eric, was right there if we asked for something, but said he couldn't give us the extras that I had read about on the boards such as emptying the mini-bar, getting us a lounge for the balcony, always bringing ice without us having to ask, etc.
