NCL COMMUNICATION/CUSTOMER SERVICE: TERRIBLE! I was SO pleased with NCL and the JEWEL after cruising Europe last year. Booking this cruise and getting their CUSTOMER-NO-SERVICE to respond appropriately was the pits!
TRANSPORT from airport to ship port: We never received our vouchers to use the transfer service! Fortunately, our names showed up on the transfer person's voucher.
EMBARKATION: Got to the the terminal early...and utilized the LATITUDES speedy registration. Then, as a PLATINUM member, was escorted to front of line to board ship...SWEET!
