This was my third cruise and my husband's first. We really enjoyed the Carnival Freedom. We met some very nice people on the ship. Boarding the ship we waited about ten minutes. We got to the ship about 11:00am and were eating lunch by 11:30am.

We had an ocean view cabin that was very nice and kept in excellent condition. The ship always had several choices of things to do. We found it hard to decide. I really liked the jazz at the Habana bar but hated the smoke from the cigarettes.

The food in the dining room was great and we loved the staff. We ate in the Posh dining room with excellent entertainment from the staff. The Windjammer food was alright, we just got tired of the same choices everyday. It did not seem to be enough staff to keep the Windjammer tables cleaned. The service could have been better there.
