My sister and I traveled together for the Thanksgiving holiday. Pre cruise I stayed with family in Miami. We picked my sister up at FLL arrived at 11:30 am and went directly to the dock. We were on-board in less than 15 minutes...best embarkation I've experienced with HAL.

Having been on the Noordam, we immediately signed up for the thermal suite and mineral hydro bath weekly pass ($250 per couple)--best value for our tastes! We used the bath, steam room and sauna daily. We also made our reservations for the Pinnacle Grill ($30 per person, this is double the cost paid on the Noordam in Jan. 07 -- again well worth the price. We encountered a little confusion by staff of where we were to purchase the soda cards for the week, but that was soon resolved ($22 including grat. for 20 sodas)

The cabin was as expected, plenty of closet space - draws at the end of the beds (well hidden) and draws under the couch. The vanity chair also had storage space. Elemis Spa provides the bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The mini refrigerator was stocked with drinks.
