This was our first cruise ever and let me tell you we are hooked. We left north carolina on November 2, 2007 and drove through the night because we wanted to go to Kennedy Space Center before getting on the boat. We arrived at port canaveral terminal around 11:30 and were on the boat by 12:15. We were a little scared before boarding because we told by the couple in front of us that there were 1800 bikers on the boat for the HOHS 5th anniversary. I have to admit that we did not know how this cruise would go we were a little upset because we felt there should have been some type of notification from Royal Caribbean when we booked the cruise. However I must admit other than the dress attire at dinner we would have never noticed they were on the boat. When we first arrived on the boat we bought our coke cards and went straight to the service desk to schedule a time to have dinner at chops. I would recommend that everyone go to chops. The food all around was great the only time that I did not like the food was the time I ordered outside my comfort zone but if you were a big seafood eater it would have been great. Johnny Rockets was also excellent.

I would like to say thank you to our waiters in the formal dinning room Mevin and Theo. They were very personable and made the dinning experience great. We were traveling with my 1 year old niece and they always had everything ready when we arrived so that she could start eating this is a big help when you have a hungry baby. The shows were spectacular especially Ice under the big top show.

As far as the ports of call I would have to say my all time favorite was Grand Caymans. Labadee was a little dirty because of the recent hurricane but was very beautiful at the same time. I was a little disappointed in Cozumel because all week everyone was talking about how Cozumel was the greatest port to shop at, however 95 percent of the shops were diamond international shops they were all the same.
