Pre-Cruise - We stayed at the Embassy Suites Deerfield Beach (slightly North of Fort Lauderdale) and had a wonderful stay. This was a highlight of our trip. We enjoyed our two-bathroom suite, full breakfast, nightly cocktails, and being right on the beach.

Embarkation - Embarkation was a little delayed as the ship had just come from Europe, but we didn't wait too long and moved along as well as we could considering.

Lifeboat Drill - This was one of the nicest lifeboat drills as we all went to a lounge rather than out on deck in the sun. The Captain was very short and we were quickly back in our cabin and able to start to enjoy our cruise.
