This was my 9th cruise with RCCL and first on this size ship but without a doubt the worst cruise experience. We purchased a 2nt pre-cruise with transportation through RCCL at the San Juan Marriott resort and Casino. The first problem is we got e-tickets aka no luggage tags. We were assured by RCCL that all we needed was our name & reservation # and that we could get luggage tags at the pier. Well big problem. Without luggage tags they would not transport us from the hotel to the pier. Oh did I mention they didn't pick us up at the airport either?

Embarking was smooth even without the tags or RCCL personnel to show where Platinum/Diamond members had to go to avoid the long lines. We got lucky by asking the porters.

On board the ship was very clean, most of the bar, guest relation & activity staff was friendly. The dinning room staff and room steward seemed a bit formal and the Loyalty ambassador seemed a bit miffed when we complained about not being listed as Platinum to which he responded we should have given our TA our number to which I pointed out it's was listed on the Set Sail Pass.
