I received so much help from CruiseCritic.com that I felt I had to write a review. We are 60 and 53 . This cruise was booked to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. This was our 4th cruise, but first on Princess.

First, this was a large, beautiful, well maintained ship. The Baltic Sea was very calm throughout the cruise. Except for Stockholm, we had adequate time in the ports.

Things I liked about Princess--- the bar waiters were not pushy, no constant bingo announcements, the cruise director (John Lawrence) was more of an adult than any previous cruise director we had encountered. Before every port, he gave informative talks about the ports, not just what shops were approved by the cruise line. Read more
