Embarking was a breeze, quickest we've seen yet. Able to board about 1pm for 4 pm departure. We weren't real impressed with most of the food we had on board, most desserts bland and tasteless, dinners were okay, not what we had expected. Cruise director Julie was great, always friendly and upbeat. The entertainment was ok, horrible magician, though. We enjoyed the ports of Halifax, Bar Harbor, Boston, and Marthas Vineyard. Tendering from the ship in Bar Harbor and Marthas Vineyard left a lot to be desired. Made some new friends while on board and had a good time, we refuse to let little things bother us since we are on vacation. All in all the ship is nice, clean and in good shape. Debarkation was a mess in that there were 3 ships back in port at the same time. A word of advice in general, if you buy something on a cruise, consider locking your luggage if you leave it out the night before. We had items that we had bought in ports for gifts taken from our bag. We noticed them missing when we got to the airport. NCL responded to us that they are not responsible for items stolen and we should have reported it on the ship, not quite sure how to do that since we were already on the ship.We never had to worry before, but rest assured we will either self disembark now or lock it.
