Embarkation - a RCI representative met us at the airport. Since we arrived before 9 AM we were offered a light bus sightseeing tour of Rome. This fit well and really helped pass the time on Day 1. The boarding process went extremely well, thanks to the pre-cruise online documentation. Our room was ready and we blended right into our cruise mode. Some of our luggage did not arrive until after diner. So, we were stuck eating diner in our travel clothes.

Accommodations - Our room was adequate. The balcony was spacious. The bathroom - well everything can't be large.

The general appearance of the vessel - It did show some age but was clean and in generally good repair. We did have a leak problem in our ceiling that was addressed in an expedient manner. (Failure in customer service- no one ever followed up to ensure that the problem was addressed.) Read more
