This was my DH and my 10th cruise on RCCL. We have also cruised with several other lines. We both agreed that the service on this sailing was the best we have ever experienced.

Pre-cruise: We spent Saturday at the Residence Inn. It was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. We live in Atlanta and wanted to get an early start when we returned, so we did not use the shuttle.

Cabin: The grand suite was fabulous. The bathroom had two sinks and a bath-tub. It had more than enough storage for everything. The new bedding was nice - but the bed was a little hard. We ordered several different kinds of pillows from the pillow menu. We also had our cabin attendant (Rosalinda) swap out the duvet for a blanket. We find duvets too hot. Rosalinda did a great job keeping our room clean. She folded all of the clothes we left sitting out and did everything we asked with a smile.
