My 15 year old daughter and I left home at ten thirty. We were at the port by 11 fifteen. We got in line and were on the ship by twelve...not bad at all!

We went and had lunch at the grill..hamburgers were yummy! We were able to go to our room at one thirty. Met our room Steward and had luggage by two. We settled in and as soon as we knew it..time for the muster drill. It was over in a few minutes. I hated having to put on the vest...yuck.

We had first seating in the Destiny dining room. We were at a table for six..but nobody else showed up the first night. Food was good. Dinners remained good for the cruise. The buffet was ok for breakfast, but we preferred the dining room. The grill was nice for lunches and I had lunch in the dining room once..It was nice.
