We booked the cruise about 10 days before departure, wanting a 3 or 4 day trip from Port Canaveral; we had been on the Sensation a few years before but never to the Bahamas.
After leaving home in Orlando at 11.30 am we were at the Port and on the boat before 1.00pm, it is so nice to be close to home. The Parking lot seemed empty and at times so did the boat. As usual the lunch buffet was good but busy and the luggage was at the cabin by 2.30pm so we could unpack before departure.
The lifeboat drill was at the same time as leaving which was disappointing as I really enjoy the departure.
