I had twice before been on older NCL ships, and been very happy with them - but this one was NOT a happy experience!!! I booked a group of 6 - all unhappy.
The NCL arranged flight arrangements were poorly done - promised NCL Rep. did not meet on arrival at LAX. Excessive wait(several hours) for the NCL bus to ship. Return air transportation was equally mishandled.
Layout of the ship is terrible - on several decks one trying to walk from one end of the ship to the other will find themselves in "dead end" pockets, requiring backtracking and moving to other side of ship.
