We drove to the Port of Miami from Central Florida. Arrived around 1230 and the signs were easy read and we were directed to the porters that are ready and waiting for your luggage. Each one will give you personal service. Before he touched my bags I gave him a $10 bill and we were all set. Great service with our 7 bags for the five of us. We had a few 12 packs of soda and Heineken in our luggage and it made it to our rooms with no problem. Tip the guys and they treat you right. $105 to park your car in the nice parking garage next to the terminal for 7 days. It's only money and you'll make some more when you get back home right....

We had a party of five with two children ages 9 and 13. I appreciated everyone's reviews of the ship and the itinerary so I felt obligated to write my own and I hope some can learn from a couple of my mistakes and a couple of hints I'll divulge. Our room was directly under the Chinese food Station and I was really worried about the noise and there is some... but we went to sleep around 1030 each night and back up at 8 and there was no real crazy noise... My wife is the lightest sleeper on earth and she survived with her fan and ear plugs... I of course had NO problem...

Embarkation: If you have ever been to Disney or Universal Studios and waited for 20 minutes in line to ride a ride then this is what your in for. It is NOT painful. The line moves pretty quickly so suck it up .. 3000 people are boarding the ship... We arrived on the Lido deck in time for a nice grilled steak sandwich then went to our room. We have been spoiled and will require a room with a balcony from now on... more on this later.
