Sail Date: May 2007

This was our 3rd cruise and second time to this destination. The Paradise was hands down our favorite ship having sailed Ecstasy and Pride previously. We had an outside cabin with ocean view and our grown kids had an inside cabin. The only complaint they had was that they never knew if it was day or night outside but that was good because all they did was party late and sleep most of the day.

Embarkation was a breeze. We got there at 1:00 and were allowed to check in. We checked our bags with the porters and went thru the security screening and Fun Pass check-in which was a breeze. A few pictures later and we were on the ship by 1:30. We had a nice lunch in the Paris restaurant and then went back to the room where our luggage awaited.

The life boat drill required us to hike up 8 flights of stairs, some people had a problem with that. Compared to the other 2 cruises the drill took much longer.
