Just returned from 7 nights on the Golden Princess round trip Alaska cruise.

Embarkation from Seattle was the quickest we ever experienced. We arrived at the port at 10:30am and after checking in and getting a cup of coffee, we were ushered onto the ship and were in our cabin at 11:15am. The cabin was ready, the Steward (Lilia) was there to great us and give us a glass of Champagne, and our luggage arrived before we ever left the port!

The mini-suite on the Emerald deck was great. Our balcony was private, unlike the other decks that are open to the balcony above. The bathroom, closet, and balcony were the largest we ever had and the living room with separate TV from the bedroom was a nice feature so the wife and I could watch separate shows during rest time. The refrigerator kept everything nice and cold, and Lilia provided wonderful service throughout the cruise.
