I went on a cruise with my cousin on May 6th. We decided to fly in the day before to make sure we were there on time. I was coming from TN and she was coming from Utah. We booked the Ramada Inn Airport and she made it there before me. I didn't arrive until 11:30 pm and she had pizza waiting for me. Hotel was nice and clean. You get a free HOT breakfast with your stay. Caught the 10:30 shuttle to the port and it was a mad house. There were people still getting off the ship when we arrived.

Embarkment went pretty smooth. This was my first time so I didn't have anything to compare it with, but it was my cousin's 4th one. We were on the ship by 11:30. Couldn't go to our rooms until 1:30 but that was ok. She had been on the Carnival Conquest before and said the Liberty is set up EXACTLY like that ship. We went to the Lido deck, grabbed lunch, walked around for a bit and then went to our room. I thought our room had plenty of space for the time I was going to spend in it. I found the beds to be quite comfy. It was the BEST SLEEP I had had in years! I have nothing bad to say about our room.

PORTS: FREEPORT: I wasn't impressed at all with this port. You have to take a cab into Port Lucaya. To me it looked like a beach in Florida and the water was just the same. The weather wasn't the greatest. Wind was blowing so hard that I had sand in my ears, hair, mouth and every other place you could think of. I did like being called PRETTY LADY though. That's what they call the women there!
