We have cruised at least a dozen times, including Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Celebrity, Carnival and NCL. We try to choose based on itinerary or time we can get together with family.

You'll be spoiled after sailing on the Liberty. The ship is extremely clean and well maintained! The room was just enough for the two of us, cabin was perfect location for everything! Empress deck (deck 7) is great 2 floors down to Promenade, and 2 floors up to Lido. The best entertainment was an amazing couple, Lorna and Joel, that sing on the 3rd floor atrium area every evening. They sound just they are the artist whose song they are singing. We purchased one of the cds to bring home with us.

We had dinner in Silver Olympian. The food was good. We had late night sitting and it was good. The only thing I didn't care for was they overcooked my steak. The sushi was good up on the 5th floor every afternoon. We ate the fish and chips for lunch, it was good (they also had tuna atop watermelon there). We also liked the oriental food. The salsa and homemade tortilla chips were good for an afternoon snack (by hamburgers). We spent insufficient time in port while at Puerto Rico and Tortola. San Juan-Got off the ship as soon as we were allowed and went over to the Fort, but it closed at 6. Walked around old San Juan, but most of the shops were closed. We went to Senor Frogs for refreshment before heading back to the ship.
