DH(41) and I(34) sailed on Carnival Glory on 5/5. This was our 5th cruise having sailed Princess twice and Norwegian and RCCL once each. This cruise was chosen primarily because we wanted to experience a Carnival cruise.

We arrived into Orlando at 1:30a.m. on 5/5 having been delayed out of Miami. My bag did not arrive which left me in a panic. We spent the night at La Quinta Orlando Airport North as planned. The room was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable. There was complimentary continental breakfast, which consisted of muffins, fruit, toast, waffles. I wasn't too impressed with the dog in the breakfast area. We went back to the airport at 9 a.m. to greet the first flight from Miami, and thankfully my bag was the fifth one off. Then it was back to the hotel to be picked up by Cocoa Beach Shuttles. The guy was a few minutes late but was full of information about embarkation and cruising in general. Having cruised before we knew everything he was saying but if you're a newbie the info would be really helpful.
