My husband and I are in out mid 30's. This was our 5th cruise, 3rd on Carnival. We booked our flights with Carnival. We flew Delta from Nashville to Fort Lauderdale arriving at 10:30 AM. We were transferred to the port by 11:30 and on the ship by 1:00. After standing in line for security we went into another room to stand in line for registration. We had completed our fun pass so we were directed to the right, all others went to the left. The line to the left was shorter and moved just as fast. So if you have a choice just choose the shorter line. We did have to complete the sail and sign card on the ship. So that was our next stop. The line wasn't too long but because we had booked and paid for our excursions on Carnival's website it caused a few problems and we had to wait for someone that could fix the problem.

By this time we were able to go to our room. Cat. 6B. We bought a 6A guar. and got upgraded to a 6B. We were on level 2. The room was nice. The same as what we have had in the past. The bed was very comfortable and the new sheets and pillows were wonderful. I had no problem sleeping.

The fitness center was crowded most of the time. The more toward the end of the cruise to less the crowds. It was a nice facility. I paid the extra money and took a spin class. It was OK. The jogging track also seemed to be busy.
