We just returned back from our trip on the Serenade of the Seas ship the 14th of April. A very nice/smooth riding ship.
We had a balcony room with ample room and storage drawers and closet. The lady that kept our room, was the best. We had a nice bathroom, but for shampoos/soaps, you really need to bring your own. The only soap they had was hand soap and in the shower/shower soap. There is also a safe in the room, if needed.
If needing help, the Purser's desk was always helpful.
