I read many bad reviews on POAL, before our trip but went with the idea, WE ARE GOING TO HAWAII AND WE ARE GOING TO HAVE A GREAT TIME. We had a great time.

We didn't go with the NCL hotel or boarding, with them. Our check in was quick and had no problem. We were told our rooms would be not ready for awhile, so we went to lunch at the Buffet, it was a normal Buffet but the lines were long with everyone boarding. Food was fine for us.

As soon as we could go to our rooms, we met the girl that cleaned our room. Sorry, but I can't remember her name, but she was great. WE tested our bed and it was on the hard side, so we asked for an egg crate to be put on the bed. No problem, it was done by evening. The room was clean and to my surprise, bigger, than I thought.
