I'm not one to make a review about new things but I think it's important to share my experience. First off I will say I was open to the good bad and ugly as I didn't know what to expect. I traveled with several long time cruisers ( ruby and platinum members) of princess. My girlfriend (ruby) said I would enjoy the whole trip. So boarding was very easy and we met the group and decided to go for a quick lunch and drink. My advice is get the drink package if you plan to drink more than 5 drinks all day. The only complaint I had about that was the requirement to sign a slip every time I ordered a drink it was rather annoying and made lines quickly build. The first day at sea was rough but I was told by many it was unusual. Food throughout the trip was very good. Dining room though plan to be there at minimum an hour. The drinks again causing a backup as everyone had to sign a slip to get a drink. Seating by the pools was easy if you got there at a decent time. Pools filled with kids so I mainly stayed in the sanctuary section. (18+). I had a bit of an odd incident where we were asked to leave because a "sign" had said no drinks by the pool and there were "complaints". When asked about clarification about both it was greeted with fumbling words and the staff member hurried off. (The sign also had no specifications ). Grand turk was beautiful. I asked my girlfriend to be my wife at the edge of the beach with the ship behind us. I couldn't have asked for a better moment. I would Def recommend this place. The last day I booked a couples massage. We were greeted by friendly staff and led to the relaxation area waited for the two staff members to give us our massage. The massage was wonderful and relaxing but that is where the experience became EXTREMELY disappointing. We were told to put our cloths back on and they would bring us water. No other use of the facilities were offered. On coming back with water we were sat down and haggle about buying products costing several hundred dollars. After saying no twice I had to explain why I didn't want the products. We were then hurried out the door and had to go back to the stateroom to shower and clean up. ( it was rather funny coming out into the sanctuary and almost tripping over a bucket of beer near the pool we were so graciously asked to leave from for that very reason). Dinner and activities the last evening were great overall the staff was very courteous. Daniel was a bartender from south Africa and was a pleasure to see. My experience overall wasn't awful and I will be giving princess another chance.
