This was our fifth cruise with Princess and so far had been our favorite line overall. The ship itself is lovely and has the same set up as it's sister ships. The service, however, we found lacking. Our cabin steward, Lamberto was amazing and there were a few bartenders who actually seemed to have a personality, but overall, the crew did not appear to enjoy their jobs. The food was terrible!! Now we are NOT picky people, but other than one night, we were very disappointed with the food in the dining room. The food in Horizon court was fine for buffet food. We had "anytime" dining for the first time which we will NEVER do again. Unless you made a reservation, there was a line every night. And the point of anytime dining was supposed to be that we could go ANYTIME. We had a mini-suite which was very nice with a tub and a larger than normal bathroom. The disembarkation was unbelievably horrible. We have never seen such a confusing process. We had airline connections, but "walk offs" were allowed to disembark first. Our waiting area was in the back of the ship, but we had to "follow" our leader to the front to disembark. It reminded us of our very first cruise twenty five years ago when there really was no organization. Worst disembarkation since then.

Cabin Review

Cabin AC

We loved the mini suite. The bathroom had a tub and much more room than usual. There was also ample storage throughout the room. Table and two lounge chairs on balcony.
