Cabin: Oceanview Stateroom with Large Picture Window
It has taken me a while to get the will to write this review.
My husband and I booked this cruise a month before it sailed, so we could do something great over New Years. We set our expectations accordingly that it would be a packed ship due to it sailing over New Years.
Before posting this, I brought up these issues to the staff while on the cruise (still waiting on the follow up), and they were not addressed. I also then sent a letter to Guest Relations post cruise.
