3rd family cruise, first with NCL. I saw some other reviews that were kind of mediocre about this boat, but took a shot based on the dates and options for us. I was pleasantly surprised.

The good:

The dining options are amazing, we had both unlimited beverage and unlimited dining plans. The upgraded restaurants were excellent. We visited as many of the specialty restaurants as possible: Loved the cirque show, le bistro, la cucina, cagney's. Went to brazillian (moderno) twice: first one was amazing, 2nd one was the last night of the cruise, they were very busy and the service dragged down to be kind of slow. Teppanyaki was good and fun. Garden Cafe had a nice buffet, very large, but we struggled to find empty tables at times, as it seems the entire boat was in there!

Cabin Review

Family Oceanview Stateroom with Large Picture Window

Spacious for a cruise cabin - larger than a standard one. Couch turns into a comfortable bed for the kids and a dividing curtain gives a little bit of privacy. Lowest deck with rooms, deck 5, meant a lot of decks to get up to the action, but it was quiet and we had nearly no issues with sound or other problems. Has a double vanity and a tub , really awesome for kids / getting ready. Room has a built in hair dryer and good storage.
